Refunds and cancellations

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the masterclass date.
  • No refunds are available after the class has taken place.
  • If the organiser cancels or reschedules the class and you cannot attend the new date, a full refund will be offered.
  • This is a dated live online training session. If you book close to the class date and request or receive joining details, materials, or access immediately, cancellation rights may be affected once the service begins.
